By downloading, installing, or using Gosling ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Gosling is a baby tracking application for parents and caregivers. It allows you to log and view information about your child's sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, milestones, and other daily activities. The App includes optional cloud sync and family sharing features.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to use Gosling only for its intended purpose of tracking baby and child care information. You may not:
Gosling allows you to invite caregivers to your family group. As the family owner, you control who has access and what role they have. You are responsible for managing access to your family's data. Invited members can view and log data according to their assigned role.
Gosling offers a free trial period and optional paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Gosling. We do not claim any rights to your tracking data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings within the App.
We strive to keep Gosling available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We may update the App from time to time, and some updates may be required to continue using the service.
Gosling is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The App is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions regarding your child.
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data displayed in the App, including but not limited to sleep recommendations, feeding schedules, or growth tracking.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gosling and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Gosling if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but you may still delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
